Koller József (1703-1766) jezsuita pap, Nagyszombaton, Bécsben és Budán az erkölcstant tanította, később Rómában teljesített szolgálatot, majd visszatérvén a rendtartományt kormányozta. Jelen, névtelenül írott műve egy igen ritka pecséttani munka, mely egy rövid általános bevezető után ismerteti a központi hatalmi intézmények, majd a vármegyék, végül a városok pecsétjeit. Ritka.
