Evgen Bavcar is a blind photographer from Slovenia. in 1957 he became blind due to an accident. He studied philosophy and aesthetics in Paris and became official photographer of the Month of Photography in Paris, in 1988. Since then Bavcar‘s photographs have been shown at exhibitions around the world. Bavcar makes often use of long time exposures and multi exposures. He lives in Paris.
