Korabeli aranyozott, bordázott gerincű félbőr-kötésben, gerincén vignettával; festett lapszélekkel. A szerző (1735-1787), kalocsai kanonok és czímzetes püspök. előbb bölcseletet és teológiát tanult Kassán, és Bécsben, majd belépett a jezsuita rendbe. Később a nagy-szombati királyi nevelőben és 1771-től a bécsi Theresianumban oktatott.Ezután Mária Terézia Krisztina főherczegnő udvari káplánjává nevezte ki, s most egész idejét a már régóta kedvelt hazai történelem kutatására s megírására fordította. A későbbiekben kalocsai kanonok, majd püspök és érseki helyettes lett. Első kiadás. Gyönyörű példány.
